ARC is seeking diverse and eligible individuals who live in the Greater Toronto Area to serve as volunteer Directors for a two-year renewable term.
Terms may begin anytime through to October 2022.

The Board plays a vital role in supporting a long-term vision for the company, while also engaging with staff and Resident Artists to support fundraising initiatives, company outreach, and marketing and publicity. As a governance board, Directors are collectively accountable for the oversight of the management of the activities and affairs of ARC. We are currently working to grow our Board of Directors–creating a more sustainable future for our company leadership at the Board level, and increasing our ability to access new communities of supporters and stakeholders.

ARC is an ensemble-based company that produces contemporary international theatre in a multinational city. We take a rigorous, bold, socially active, and highly collaborative approach to producing thought-provoking international works in their Canadian premiere. WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A BOARD MEMBER
The key responsibilities of Directors include:
Quarterly meetings (January, April, July, October – AGM)
Attending and working fundraising initiatives 4-6 times per year (bingo, fundraisers, etc.)
Attending productions and other artistic activities
Making a contribution that is meaningful to you (financial, or in-kind skills)
